2012 Yearbook Deadlines Information and Important Dates

THE DEADLINE FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IS WEDNESDAY~ NOVEMBER 9, 2011

(With the exception of Summer Photos ~ Due October 13th)

  1. 1. Order Form ~ Imprinted name is  $3.00 (Book approx.. $55)
  2. 2. Formal Name Sheet and Birth Date
  3. 3. Formal Picture ~ 2 more dates to be photographed at Westbrook High Monday,    November 7th  2:00 – 8:00 pm and Tuesday, November 8th (Day Off) 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Cost is only $20.00 which is returned once proofs are sent back.
  4. 4. Baby Picture~ We can submit this for scanning otherwise you can upload onreplayit.com info on other side.
  5. 5. Quips (Likes, Quotes, Fun Times, Friends, Family, Memories etc…)
  6. 6. Quips Pictures ~ Choose 8, 10 or 20 photos and submit them on replayit.com info on other side.
  7. 7. Summer Pictures ~ We need summer photos asap to get started on that section submit them on replayit.com. ~ (Due Friday, October 13th)
  8. 8. ADS ~ Goal is 3 per student

Any questionable material submitted… will immediately eliminate your participation in the QUIPS section.

All this information is in a Senior Packet Available by the exit to the Senior Parking Lot

Attention all Students, Staff & Faculty! 

The Photo Absentee & Retake date for everyone is scheduled for Thursday, November 10th. at a time to be determined. Everyone must be photographed for a new Identification Card and school records.

Everyone is photographed for a free ID as well as for school records (including Seniors).

Parents, we need your help with ads. You can arrange a confidential ad with Chet Bialicki if you'd like as well as a representation of your business. Below are links to all the necessary forms.

Below is the information provided in the senior packet at school.
