Westbrook High School

The School will:

     Ø  Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated curriculum that
         will assist all students in achieving Student Performance Expectations.

     Ø  Provide appropriate resources for learning including appropriate space and
         facilities, current technology and other media.

     Ø  Recognize the uniqueness of individuals and help students to discover
         and develop unique talents and abilities.

     Ø  Promote habits of healthy living.

     Ø  Recognize educational excellence.

     Ø  Supplement and enhance curricular offerings while respecting the
         classroom as the primary center of learning.

     Ø  Implement policies and programs that ensure the physical safety, health,
         dignity, and self-esteem of students, staff, and faculty.

     Ø  Involve the community in school activities and school improvement.

     Ø  Provide opportunities and encourage students to have an active voice
         in school decision-making and participate in community service, cocurricluar
         and extracurricular activities.
